Final Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro Signed

On 27 March 2014, the Government of the Philippines and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front signed the final Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB). The signing signifies a major milestone in the peace process between the two parties, marking the end of 17 years of peace negotiations and the challenge ahead of implementation.
