Seeking to identify the perspective of the Subanen, one of Mindanao’s non-Muslim indigenous tribes, towards the planned new Bangsamoro political entity (NPBE). This is a crucial issue as some indigenous tribes feel that their needs and demands have not been taken into consideration by the MILF peace panel.
