Rachana Thummala

Peacebuilder – Originally from India, Rachana has been working at CPCS for more than three years to strengthen interventions in peace process support in Southern Thailand and Myanmar. During this time, she has been accompanying key stakeholders in iterative processes of grounded analysis, planning and conscious action to transform violent conflicts through dialogue and deepened understanding. She previously worked as a trainer and facilitator at a community level conflict transformation organisation in Bangalore, India with a focus on collaborative multi-stakeholder processes to address economic and faith-based conflicts in the country. She holds a degree in law from NALSAR University in Hyderabad, India – specialising in restorative justice, law and poverty and law and psychology.
